1. Fill in the form and prepare the package
Fill in the Product Return Form that you found inside the parcel and put it back in.
Even if you have received more than one delivery for the same order, please make a unique return request.
If you haven't received the return form, you can simply write the order number on a piece of paper and include it inside the package.
If still in good condition, you can use the packaging the item was originally shipped in, being sure to cover any old bar codes on the package.
The product must be undamaged, intact and complete with all of its parts (bag/original packaging, labels, tags, accessories included). Remember that you must also return the identifying tag with the item(s). FREDDY does not accept returns for items which are not in the same condition that they were received in.
2. Ship the package
The item(s) to be returned must be given to the courier or the post office or another carrier no later than 40 (forty) days from the order date.

The goods must be returned using a trackable shipping service via courier, post or other carrier.
You must pay the return shipping fees, which will depend on the shipping method you use.
We do not accept returns with payment on delivery, nor do we accept returns shipped to addresses other than the one indicated above, such as lockers or pick up points.
You are entirely responsible for the shipping fees, risk and responsibility until our warehouse has accepted the package.
You can return products to Freddy simply by following the instructions above or, if you prefer, you can also notify us of your decision to return the item(s) via any suitable means of communication, though it isn’t necessary.
